Just another reason to be thankful to GoG.

Why did you link to this post...?
Highlight copy and paste in new tab. The link thingy in this forum doesn't work for me.

You'll notice that I had the same link error in a couple of other threads here.Don't right click, drop-down, copy - you'll get the same link error.

Ah, gotcha man.

Yep, certainly sounds like their tech support needs work. :) Thing is, GOG's tech support wasn't exactly blowing people away before the PR stunt...hopefully that's been dealt with.
To be honest, the best tech support that I've had has been from GamersGate...but those techs are all the other uses on the site.

Steam's tech is ok.

Fortunately I haven't had to use GoG tech yet.

But I'm not bothering with Greenman after reading this thread. I just hope I don't have 3 and half gigs of dead weight that I can't get off my computer and some small company out there that knows my Paypal info.

Impulse.....I really don't trust Impulse.
I got 'The Void' free from GreenMan a few months ago. Tried 3 times to download and install, game fails to start each time. Still haven't been able to get it working.
Well an hour and a half ago I was at 1.5 gigs downloaded. Now I'm at 1.3 gigs download - how that kinda thing happens, I have no clue. I removed Greenman's client and ran a disc cleaner.

Only used them for their free game so far, but it worked fine. And i emailed their tech support to ask for a manual and they sent me a pdf within 3 hours.

It's a pretty small site, and a bit basic in places. But they seem ok.
