OldFatGuy: Well I just tried running it, and this time when I walked into that same building there were ZERO glitches, and the game is running, so...... maybe it is insignificant.

I will give it a go and see how it goes.

OldFatGuy: Well, it's the same computer I've been playing gog games on without a single issue. It's absolutely up to date regarding drivers. So it's either Steam or Fallout NV.
Still has to be you somewhere, I have no problems with NV.
