Yep, Skyrim on ultra with the official high definition textures, a couple of flora overhaul mods, a few script heavy mods likes Frostfall and a ENB should do the trick.

I'll echo The Witcher 2 recommendations. I have a laptop that can run a lot of modern games on high settings but I can't even play The Witcher 2 at a decent framerate on the lowest settings. You'll be able to get it for free if you keep collecting the stamps here.
