Pretty much anything from that last Humble Indie Bundle (HIB V) is pretty amazing for that. Well, looking at it, I'm still a little scared to try Super Meat Boy, I've heard it's so hard so many times:)

I enjoyed playing LIMBO the most while drunk. It's pretty easy to laugh along with your head getting chopped off semi-unfairly that way.

It's the kind of hard that doesn't necessarily make you rage but still frustratingly hard that keeps you interested. Oh it's hard don't get me wrong, however it's not exactly "OMG it's the hardest game ever made by man."

It starts out mildly easy so you can get a general idea of what to expect. The major pain of this game is doing the dark world (aka hard mode) levels and collecting all of the bandages for all of the characters.

But that's what I think anyway.

lowyhong: Cogs is a great game for expending a few minutes during lunch break/study break/coffee break. I love it, check out my review over at Gamersgate.

Another good coffee break game is VVVVVV. It's one of those games where you won't feel bad about dedicating <10 minutes to it, but it's also compelling enough so that you'll want to pick up where you last left off during your breaktime.
Thanks, i have just watched cogs vid - definately 1 for me for the future.
