Gexecuter: The new hint is "gibs galore", no idea what it means tough. Oh and i think Team 17 owns the Worms rights, however i am not 100% sure of this fact.
Quake 3 is famous for Gibs. This leads us back to iD though..
Again, it could be a number of publishers.

Shadowdragoon: Hmm, id guess Team17 or Bullfrog. ;)

In order to get the Bullfrog games GOG will have to make a deal with EA, which is sort of possible since EA started putting their newest games on steam.

True, id is a strong possibility. I think there's still a chance it's Rise of the Triad (and other related games).
This is by no means definitive evidence, but check the last screenshot on this page: http://rott.classicgaming.gamespy.com/hell/
Also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Rott_gibs.png
I know gibs is a commonly used FPS term, but it's at least worth a guess.
Heck, whatever the game or games end up being, I am sure I'll be pleased anyway :)
I wanted to say something about Pussy Galore, but unfortunately she's not been featured in any of the bond games for PC that I'm aware of.
A Twitter exchange I noticed:
jansten: @GOGcom If this game is Rise of the Triad I might have a heart attack :D
GOG: @jansten no idea! I'm really just making stuff up and hoping the gameS fit the clues :). We'll find out on Thursday!
jansten: @GOGcom Oh, the teasing! :D Another good reason to love GOG. Keep up the great work!
BJ
Thursday huh? I could have swore they said Tuesday earlier.
Thursday is the day after my birthday.. I wonder if they will pickup that free game notification for your birthday type stuff. :D

You remember correctly they did but as they usualy announce new games on Thursday I guess that the Thesday part was a mistake or a typo.
Tuesday is when they give us less obscure hints.

oh ah, yeah that's another clue, see he said gameS
as in plural.
Yeh, Ralackk's got it right -- I'd mentioned earlier that the clues would start getting a bit less obscure on Tuesday. Not sure how true that is, though, as "less obscure" basically means "easy to guess" :)
PUMP UP THE JAM is the latest hint, other then being from an old song I can't remember the name of I have no idea.
I'm guessing it's NBA Jam, but I dunno who owns the rights now (and yes, there WAS an NBA Jam game for the PC).
BJ
Sierra Entertainment inc. (Sierra On-Line) -> Activision Blizzard (Vivendi)
As I posted in the other thread, I'd say Apogee/3D Realms:
- shooters: duh
- when it's hot, I like to take a dip: Developers of Incredible Power, the ROTT devs.
- hungry like a wolf: A Raptor is hungry like a wolf? Dunno really. Could be Wolfenstein.
- Aim for the STARS: Stargunner, from Apogee, OR, it could be related to the STAR Institute from Blake Stone. Apogee relates to stars too by definition.
- we've got a bleeder: Pretty obvious
- gibs galore: I'd say ROTT got a load of gibs.
- PUMP UP THE JAM: Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold was developed by JAM Productions and published by Apogee.
