"The site is also running some contests, in addition to a weekend sale that starts tomorrow. It's 30-50% off Atari games, such as: Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare, Blood, Blood 2: The Chosen + Expansion, Idependence War 2: Edge of Chaos, Independence War Deluxe, Master of Magic, Master of Orion 1+2, Master of Orion 3, and Total Annihilation: Commander Pack."

So who else is excited? I can't wait to pick up Blood or Outcast
Might be time to pick up MOO 3 then.

Yeah it was in a pretty ragged state on release but there have been a couple of fan made (extensive) patches that are susposed to have turned the game around. In the MoO forum there are some links to them.

[edit] I bought it on release and finally admitted after several hours of play i had no idea what i was doing or even if i was actually doing anything that made a difference to the gameplay.

Nice promo.

Although I still think that it's time for promo sale of older titles.

At least two people connected to GOG email the information out to affiliates, etc., and some of those affiliates, etc., are incapable of keeping that information to themselves until after the sales go live.

It is now. It wasn't when they published the information, nor was it, when said GOG parties emailed the information out.
