bansama: Oh and in regards to price, Impulse apparently have the same pricing as here, if you purchase individually (at least, that's what their email stated). So I guess if GOG actually had the ability to sell packs, then the trilogy would also be $19.99 here.

Trilarion: Well, lets sum it up after GOG has released them. It depends if they put the 10$ tag to both remaining titles or at least one 6$ tag. Impulse also sells the AOW titles separately for around 10$ (got only € here).
Okay, so impulse also doesn't let you archive games freely? Well then at least Gamersgate and DotEmu do with DRM free titles. So, there are alternatives to GOG.
The price is already on the 'coming soon' page for $9.99 apiece.
RPS has an article on it http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2010/09/24/age-of-wonders-re-release-also-interview/

They say it'll be on Steam 'soon'. In general competition is good for the customer, but I don't see how Impulse or Steam can actually compete with GOG for the same product, but they'll certainly try to come up with something.
Impulse had an unlock to activate backups, it's not DRM free. GOG does not, I pay more for a superior product.

You don't, but half of the Steam users do. They don't care about DRM as much as we do. :)
Age of Wonders Trilogy is on the first place of Impulse's bestsellers list . GOG lost so many customers. :(
