Pheace: Indeed. Not that this was Steam's thing originally, but I'm still curious to see what GOG's implementation of Early Access is going to be like and how successful it will be
The only way it will be successful is if the developers come out and support. So far it seems like the developers only want to support Steam and DRM. I will gladly do early access on GOG.

Spinorial: I should certainly hope so. GOG would have benefited greatly from a few outside beta testers for the new website, and that goes doubly for the client. Frankly, I only applied for the Witcher Adventure Game beta in hopes of testing the client.

Niggles: maybe.but the fear for me is if these testers love and use steam they will be biased and try to push galaxy beta to be like steam client.know what I mean?. I'd prefer beta testers who were heavily pro Gog or longtime Gog customers or users.
So? Galaxy is a just a store front client and should build on what steam has done (if it works well) and try to do it better while offering something new. If Galaxy ends up being like Steam without the bloat and DRM that is great in my book. Many people here like what Steam does, they just don't like the DRM on top of the bloated software, lack of options, and crappy support hence why they come to GOG over Steam.
