Maybe this will help you:

I don't any antiviruses and my gog downloader version is last stable (3.6.0.0)

1) What's your normal download rate?
2) Try changing the concurrent connections. Too many may congest your line, too few may not fully utilize. 1 concurrent connection should be close to the http download, with each additional one adding that speed again.

Click on the downloader's options. Those concurrent connections.

If it's at one, it should be downloading with 1 thread only, and be similar to what you'd get if you downloaded through your browser, though the CDN server used may impact that. Pausing and resuming may switch servers, thus getting you better speeds, or you can increase the connections to download with multiple threads, thus hopefully increasing the speed.
Set it to 2 concurrent connections, and you should see an increase in speed. If it does, then continue upping it until it reaches an acceptable one.
