The current Downloader no longer use adobe AIR, are you sure you are using the correct version ? (the last version is version 3.xxx something but it's not working either)

No idea why it asked me update AIR then. I have the latest version of the downloader (although I had been using a three year old version up until about two months ago).

I'm getting this error as well now "error retrying" on the downloader all day on GOG... the downloader was working fine a few days ago and I my internet connection is absolutely fine (downloaded a 2 gig file off steam a few mins ago).

I tried to download the file manually through my browser without the downloader to go around it, but the file just hangs instead and refuses to start downloading at all.

EDIT: Ok correciton, manual download is working now, but the GoG download still gives the error message.. at least I can donwload my game now though.

i just got a "new" refurbed computer. I was going to be able to play my good old games with sound and video. sadly, i am in the same boat. i purchased master of magic and was going to redownload it but i get you must sign in window. was going to pick up another game for fathers day for myself also but i guess thats out. i saw a mod on this topic page. please send an email when this is fixed. like when you add new games or when your or having a sale.

I've got the same issue as you guys.

This happened before, and it will happen again. Don't worry, GOG will fix this no later than monday. Buy whatever you wanted to buy and either wait till then, or just download it through your browser.
