As our catalog gets bigger and better every week, it’s easy to lose track of some of the awesome games that we have to offer. Of course Fallout, Baldur’s Gate, and some other of our most popular titles will always get a lot of attention, but GOG has many more classics to bring you. To help encourage you to explore the dustier reaches of GOG’s catalog, we’re going to be offering a promo on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Think of it as a curated promo on some of GOG’s favorite titles that you may not have played. Whether we’re encouraging you to explore incredible new worlds or inviting you to see how a titanic series got its start, we think every game we’re going to be offering on our GOG Gem Promos will be an excellent title, and we hope you give them all a try.

Even we're running the awesome Interplay Staycation Promo, we haven't forgotten about the beloved by the community one-day Gem Promos. Today we'd like to draw your attention to, probably the best edutainment game ever - The Incredible Machine. In TIM, as the game is tenderly called, the goal is simple - with limited number of objects you need to build a machine that will perform a simple task. Sounds easy, right? Well guess again. How would you turn on a fan using a bowling ball, a cat, an anti-gravity pad, an aquarium and fireworks? And that's just the beginning. With The Incredible Machine Mega Pack you're getting Even More Incredible Machine, The Incredible Machine 2 and 3, Contraptions and Even More Contraptions - that's a hell-lot-of mind-bending and brain-squeezing puzzles there. And with today's one-day 60% discount the pack is available for only $3.99!

Don't wait and grab The Incredible Machine Mega Pack today for only $3.99! The promo ends tomorrow, June 30 at 5:59 a.m. EDT (9:59 a.m. GMT). And if you'll run out of ideas for these wacky machines, get some inspiration from those old cartoons!
One incredibly addictive game, recommended. Would've bought if I didn't already. This was actually one of the first PC-exclusive games I tried, because I stuck to the Amiga a long time.
yeah, a great game. But it is a miss for me as well this time, as I don't need a third copy of it :)
If I only had money for this... I would buy it instantly. It's real pain in the ass that I don't have any money exactly when promotions like that pop out.

Damn.

already gifted from Leroux!

Thanks GOG dudes, I've wanted to buy these for a long time and now is the perfect occasion to do so. Please release the toon machines as well though! Those games along with these defined several years of my childhood.

You're welcome, enjoy!
If you like puzzles, this is a fantastic game. The soundtrack for TIM:Contraptions is great (check out the rap). Currently there's no red book audio soundtrack for TIM 3 so you'll have to enjoy it in Contraptions. Contraptions and Even More Contraptions are great though, plus they work perfectly in Wine.

Sorry, but that award goes to Typing of the Dead.

As has been pointed out before, this description is inaccurate. The pack contains: The Even More Incredible Machine (extended TIM1), The Incredible Machine 3, Return of the Incredible Machine Contraptions, The Incredible Machine - Even More Contraptions. No TIM 2. TIM 3 is a windows port of TIM 2 with the same levels but a new interface. This means nobody's really missing out on much, but the description still shouldn't claim to contain games that aren't there.

I own it already :-/

GOG if you want some money from me, please put on promo something I don't own already, k? :)

You know, I'm starting to regret buying all the games I wanted when they were not on sale.

It's always the risk. But you may say that you had an opportunity to play this Gem long before that promo.
