The Witcher 2

System Spec ;

Processor: Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU E5400, 2.70GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Graphic Card: NVDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 (Samsung SyncMaster 2333)

Help me find the correct perfomance tweak! I tried the auto detect button still not working, I only get max 12fps, also tried the Low Spec setting but not working. Anyone know?

Hey Bennzxc, what game are you asking about? If it is The Witcher 2, you should look here. It's possible that your question has already been answered there, so look through the forum, especially the stickies, before you post.

The RAM looks a bit weak I think...

I didn't know there was a sub forum for Witcher 2, hard to find them here ~_~ Anyway thanks I'll find it there
Your native resolution is too high for the graphic card and CPU to handle.

The graphics card isn't up to the game. The GT 220 is only slightly better than the 8600GT/9500GT, which are well below the stated minimum. Some OEM GT220's (if you have a commercially built computer, like an HP or Gateway, you might have one) are even worse.

Sub-minimum cards generally need to play at reduced resolution. 1280x720 is a good place to start. See if you can get it to play at 1280x720, medium settings.

As others have said, decrease the resolution. That's the single biggest performance hit on lower-medium graphics cards apart from AA. Although some people would object, I think 1024x768 is a perfectly reasonable resolution to play at--even 800x600 if the performance still isn't what you want--and you might find that you can increase some "pretty" settings as well.
