It is something worth cheering about. The Torque engine, while having been overshadowed by other competitors like Unity, nevertheless is still a good alternative for indies; and, while I didn't really mourn for the loss of Torque when the team first closed its doors, I'm glad to see them back in the fray since that means more choices for indie devs.
More choices for indie devs is always a good thing.

Bring on the future of classic CRPGs made by indie teams for a dedicated PC audience, hoorah!
Hope this comeback is sustainable, I wish them well.
