My memories exactly. Stupid arrogant clerks who think they know it all. Forget any decent customer service. You are the paying customer and they view you as the bad guy. I started boycotting all Gamestop/EB stores 5 years ago and will never set foot in one again. I will still download games from Impulse if they have a good sale though.
