Sachys: Stronghold (or maybe #2) had a christmas message in it, and shogun total war 2 had some weird christmas theme when i got it that ultimately made the graphics glitch out and the game became unplayable for some time!

Stronghold 2 has a 'Happy 4th of July' message.

Revenge of the Titans has an Xmas mode as well. And I don't know if he was always there, but I've spotted Santa flying his sleigh in the background of the forest world in Rogue Legacy, complete with Rudolph in the lead.

I remember Tyrian 2000 being Christmassed up. You could shoot candy canes if I'm not mistaken.

Jetpack games had Jetpack Santa. That was a fantastic game.
