Is it just me or are they really slow?

Can't be as slow as a certain other service which took 2 years, 1 month, and 14 days to reply...

Although it's been at least 6 months since I last contacted GG support, when I have done so, I've had a reply within a day.

What's slow for you? They can take a day or two to answer, in my experience. But they're good about trying to solve the problems.

Really slow is longer than 4 days.

Yeah they once took around 4-5 days to reply to my ticket. It varies. Keep in mind they don't reply on weekends.

Slow is fine, I can wait. But steam support is really horrible. I always feel like they're trolling me each time I filed a complain.

I wrote everything in a very detailed manner and often their answer isn't connected to my questions/complains they or simply told me to read the faqs. I've read their faqs tons of times. I give up on using their support... I'm just taking it as a risk now when buying games on steam.

Steam support is fast for me.

I've already mentioned the longest time Steam support have made me wait. The quickest is generally at least 6 working days. I wouldn't call that fast at all.
