Topic Closed/Solved:
Did a little research, and figured things out. Appreciate the responses, and giving all below a +1, since I can't actually mark my question as "solved", as I posted wrong. Thanks again...
Want to thank all for replying below. Basically, it seems the general belief is that "other DRM "can be just about anything, and it's up to the buyer to find out. At this point then, I guess if anyone who has purchased GSB knows the type it has, would appreciate hearing from you, and I'll make a notation in my OP that my inquiry has been "solved" as I was too stupid to post it as a question in the first place ;-) Thanks again all..
OP:
Hey all, if this question has been asked and answered before, apologies...did a quick look, and couldn't find it. When GG lists a game as having "other DRM", what exactly does that mean? Is that a one time activation through the internet, or just a simple key activation like old time disc games? Also, by one-time activation, I don't mean Steam, or the like, as I don't use that. I am considering for instance Gratutitous Space Battles, and the DRM type is listed as above. Thanks, appreciate any explanations.
*sorry...just realized I shouda posted this as a question :-/
