I just bought Serious Sam 3 on gamefly cause it was only $10. It's the first time I've used gamefly. When I go to sign in to the client to download the game, I keep getting an error message that says "the Gamefly service you are trying to access is currently unresponsive." I've tried to find a fix on the internet--there's nothing. I've made all the changes to the firewall and admin accounts that the troubleshooting guide suggests--nothing. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? I'd rather not have to contact their customer support.

If I recall correctly Serious Sam 3 is a steamworks game, just activate the key GameFly provided you with on Steam, there's no need to use their client.
I wish. There's no key. It just says to download through the gamefly client.

What's werid is that I just installed the client on my laptop to see if it would work, and it started up fine. I don't know what's different about my desktop that makes it unresponsive.
Don't mind me, just saying stupid things :S

Both computers run on win 7 64. I don't know what settings might be different.

I've only had to use the GameFly client once and it worked ok. It uses Adobe AIR as it's platform, so maybe there is an issue with AIR on your desktop. As for the keys, for the games i've purchased they always show up on the website under Purchase History if you click on the order number for the game.

They should've given you a key. Check your purchase history.

If it's not in your purchase history. Call them.

Ha! Yes, thank you! That worked. I had to click on the order number under purchase history to find the key, that's why I couldn't find it earlier.
