The original Black & White?
also, there was this old 2D-adventure sytle game where you play as a gu who has to deal with aliens, smugglers alien criminals, etc... it was pretty cool, dont remember much of it but if anyone knows o f any games that sound like this please

Hmm never played either of them but by the critics ratings I would go with Black and White
it got a 9.7/10 on IGN
