Hey,
Yesterday I just finished Star Fox 64 (Lylat Wars) and I must say.. it's awesome! (Working on the "Hard route" atm).
So, is there any similiar game here in GoG? Wing Commander 3 looks similiar, but is it? There's a 3rd person view?

On a bonus, anyone knows of a Super Mario Bros. 2-alike game? I'm searching for one since forever..

Thanks,
Amez

don't know about your mario bros question, but in win3 you can have a variety of view options... 1st person works best however...
Star Fox?

How about Independence War 2? You will probably want a joystick.

In regards to your SMB 2 question you should know that the game is essentially a reskinned marioesque Doki Doki Panic. So, if you like it you should look for some of the other Doki Doki Panic series games. They can be easily emulated if you do not have the means to import.

There's a ridiculous amount of joysticks around, but I'd recommend getting a reasonably good one (more than $20) just in case you get another joystick-intensive game (such as Il-2 1946).
Not a lot of arcadey space shooters like Starfox on the PC lately, if ever. Right here on GOG though you can try Descent and it's sequels, which are shooters in which you control a flying craft, though from a first-person perspective.
Uhm, thanks for the answers, everybody.

Yes, I know that SMB2 was a reskinned Doki Doki Panic, but I never ever though of checking if there were any sequels!

Regarding Star Fox..

A while ago I had discovered the Descent family, it looked fair enough except for I hate first person view.. it's kinda messy to me, really :$
..but I had never ever heard of Independence War! And it looks awesome!
Do you think it is playable with a Dual-Shock-controller-thing from Game Stop? Because, in case, we've a winner!

You might need a program like Joy2Key or XPadder to make the two play nicely together, as old games typically don't play nicely with modern peripherals, but I bet you can rig it up with XPadder and have it working.
