Anyone remember a kind of space adventure game where the aliens spoke kind of a broken type english. I remember one room where you ended up in front of the Spider Queen. Looked thru Amiga list but just can't think of it.

Star Control? There's a race of spider aliens that you encounter fairly early on in the second game (which is available on GOG! Even if StarCon2 isn't the game you're thinking of, you should play it. It's awesome.)

I thought 'Lure of the Temptress' was 'Sci-Mutant Priestess / Kult' for a bit, then I remembered what Lure... was, I actually have it on an old compilation disk!
'Leather Goddess of Phobos' is another one I confues with them too!

Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess was pretty fun to play. Got it for 5 bucks at a half-price book store in Austin long time ago. Did not finish it. Keep up-grading too much. Would like to see it on GOG.
