After buying the Atari pack, I now have game doubles in my account. Specifically, every game from the pack is featured twice whenever I switch to manual arrangement. I have tried everything from trying another browser to reinstalling the system (unrelated) to just plain buying another game (ToEE). Not helping.

Also, I opened a ticket and promptly forgot how to access tickets. Was the list of tickets removed in a stealth site update or am I just being an idiot?

The list of tickest was indeed temporarily taken down to fix some issues.

There's at least one other user that complained about doubles, looks like a new bug.

I'll link this thread to the bugs threads.

You already contacted support, so i guess it's just a a matter of waiting.
