Perhaps I'm mising something obvious, but is there a link directly from the store page of each game to it's forum?

For older games especially I always like to do some extra research on the game, whether it's patch info, widescreen info, mod stuff, general reaction and discussion, etc.

I can't express how inconvenient it is to come to the main Community forum and then copy/paste the game name into the search.

So I hope I'm just missing an obvious link.

Thanks.
There is not and you are right, there should be one. People were asking for it for a long time but it never happened.

You can vote for it on wishlist.

I don't know of a link, but a far quicker route is to use all powerful Google. Eg, the first result when googling "gog alpha centauri forum" is the forum page of Alpha Centauri
Nope no link.

Ah yeah this should be done awhile ago but it has little amount of votes :/
I just voted too =)
Just it so happened i asked the admins about this issue and they responded.. You buy game first, then from your game library you can find the link to that games forum :D

Quite convenient for them :)
I've seen this request a few times.

I wonder if the link is missing intentionally. Support forums tend to be a list of negative-sounding titles, emphasizing bugs, errors, and complaints. I can see why a seller wouldn't directly link a potential buyer to what amounts to a group of people having troubles with the game.
I have looked for this myself.
It does need to be a link on each page. It can kind of feel like GOG doesn't want people to easily find out about issues with games, but that shouldn't be a problem now with the 30-day money-back guarantee.

I like the design style of the site but there are plenty of improvements to be made. (The "dev/pub" drop down menu still isn't in alphabetical order for some reason.)

Yes but GOG should be "better" than that, encouraging people to buy without being informed. Plus, Steam already does this, a link to the game forum on the game page, despite plenty of complaining on the forum.

I somehow doubt it's intentional, after all one can browse the game specific fora without even logging in. I lean towards an oversight that I hope will be addressed with the site-wide overhaul.

There was a userscript for Greasemonkey that added a forum link on each gamecard, but it's not working anymore - perhaps any changes made when they introduced the new login screen broke it for good.
Voted, this is needed so much!
Well, thanks for the replies. I voted atleast. Hope it gets in, I mean, adding a link on a webpage isn't too difficult after all.
