One does not simply produce a commercial without any bloopers.

Hey folks! Remember that GOG.com goes Mac a.k.a. The GOGBook commercial we've showed you some month ago? Well, it was a hoot to shoot. Especially for Mr A, our very own In-House Video Ninja. But everyone had fun. We thought that you might enjoy a little blooper reel, documenting some of the many, many, many silly moments induced by the video's production. It's there at the bottom of the newspost for your enjoyment & entertainment.

But wait, there's more! Since we're letting you take a peek behind the ole' green n' orange curtain, there's something else we'd like to share with you today. There was a little celebration in GOG.com office today, as Judas and The Enigmatic T celebrated their birthdays. Which birthdays?--you might ask. Well, let's just say that one of them turned old and the other one turned ancient (I'll leave it up to you to guess which was which), and since they're both come from the United States, we decided to celebrate that special day with a very special cake.

PICTURE HERE!

Yup. That's a 12 pound beef n' bacon burger. You might not see it from that angle (damn you to hell, lettuce!), but it's actually got some additional regular-sized hamburgers inside. A birthday burgerception, if you will. Why? Because GOG.com, that's why!

TET, Judas! The GOG.com team would like to congratulate you for surviving yet another year in this, sadly, still DRM-ridden world. We appreciate you for who you are (nerdy gamers, like us all) and for what you do (whatever that is). Happy birthday, live long and prosper!

And now, for the The GOGBook commercial blooper reel:

Happy (slightly belated) Birthday Judas and The Enigmatic T, keep having fun! :D Also, @JMich, good spot, me want em Disney Interactive games, anyone still remembers Toy Story 2, Cold Shadow and the Tarzan Action Game?

JudasIscariot: Hey guys,

Just wanted to chime in and say thank you for the birthday blessings!

Also, I wanted to somewhat reveal what my gift was from my friends at GOG.com. (Pics will come later as I am currently installing some kick-ass games :D)

My dear, dear friends at GOG got me an ENTIRE PC with TWO mice, a HUEG monitor whose size can only be described as "OH MY GAWD! IT'S COMING AFTER US!!!", a groovin' set of headphones that don't just play music but the let you experience it almost like synesthesia :D, a PC case with the Walrus of Approval AND signatures all around it. But the kicker is the Judas Priest logo that was custom engraved on the cover plate on the front that lights up as I turn on the PC. Also, I am still in shock so I am somewhat unable to give EXACT system specs atm.

Thank you Groove Champion (that's my name for G-Doc BTW :D), Skreczi, JuriJ, Thiev, Coala, Tolya, TheEnigmaticT, Krash, Grah, Resil, Roboto, Silver, Firek, Paczyk, Turnip Slayer, and last but definetly not least El Gowor, who also helped me get this MONSTER home, with a side quest to pick up some GAEMS! :D

It's is both a pleasure and a privilege to be working with y'all! Seriously, this has been THE best birthday EVAR! Yes, I think I can say it's HEAVAN :P
Where are said pics?!

Pangaea666: Live long and prosper, with food like that? Good luck! :D

Happy birthday though. Looks like it was a great celebration :)
Indeed...to paraphrase Yoda, "How so small you stay, eating food of this kind?" Yeesh. :-)

RadonGOG: GOG, could you please offer a possibility to download those Videos?
They are so awesome!

Fuzzyfireball: Get this: http://www.freemake.com/free_video_downloader/

Then download all you want!
I recommend Video Converter Pro vs freemake because freemake installs couple of unwanted toolbar.

benpakenham: ...
Quite the bump, bro, but I have never seen this before! Interesting.
Is it sad that I still want a *real* GOGbook (Netbook to play GOGgames on)
