Ok Here is my problem,
I installed a couple of games to a flash drive, Settlers 2 (good time killer and at one point it would work on my "work" computer)
and port Royal
However, when I open the shortcut, I get this Gogwrap.exe message box that says, an older instance of this Script is already running. Replace it with this Instance? Note: To avoid this message, See #SingleInstance in the help file
Damn..... not sure what is up with that.... and since right now im just babysitting really I need a time killer :p
Edit... the shortcuts off the installation point to the correct location... Port Royal is working now... however.. I was more looking forward to playing Set 2 tonight

Settlers 2 is a dosbox-game, so to change the shortcut is sometimes a little bit tricky (my own experience with Gabriel Knight 1). The problem with shortcuts is that Windows can't handle relative paths, so you will need to change them again on the other computer if the drive is different.
The best way for your goal is normally to use a portable DosBox starterprogram like D-Fend Reloaded, but this would take to much time now to import and configure the game.
What I would try now is to create a batch file directly in the game directory. To do this, open notepad and copy the following line into it:
gogwrap.exe GOGSETTLERS2GOLD
Save this as Start.bat in the game folder on the flash-drive. If you want to start the game now, click on the start.bat
