Hello,

Well, today I bought my first game on GOG (Planescape Torment) but no I can´t download it.
The game appears in my profile as being bought but when I try t download it via browser,
I get only a "403 forbidden" side and when I try to use the downloader I just get
an error with a "problem with the requested file" message.

DNS was checked, downloads form other sides work perfectly, too.
Has anyone else the same problem?

Um, maybe the server has problems at the moment, because everybody is downloading their free game or because GOG is working under the hood to activate it for all the old users. I certainly got an error message while browsing the forum a few minutes ago.

A few people have had a problem like this today with other games, definitely drop a quick message to support, they're usually good and fast to fix problems like this

Ah, okay, if I´m not the only one having this problem, it is probaly something like too much traffic or so on.
Support is contacted.

I´ll wait then and see what happens.

as people have said: it's probably just server problems, just wait a bit

also: welcome to GoG, Planescape torment is an excellent choice for your first game ;)

Have the same problem as you have.
Downloader doesn't work for me either. Get a "Whoops: There was an error requesting the file! All transfers stopper, sry :(" error.
Hope it gets fixed soon!
