lalowei: Man i know that feeling of excitement when you make an upgrade.
You just want too play all those games that ran too slow or that simply could not run because the previous video card was unsupported.

I am looking forward to upgrading my card in the next month.
Maybe I´ ll get a GTX 460 1GB model.

Wishbone: Hehe, yeah. One of the first things I did when I got it was to install Crysis again, just because ;-)

And I do recommend that card. Of course, if you're thinking of getting a GTX 460, check out this new version of it. Pretty useless when you think about it, but also very very cool :-D
You are right.
Pretty useless (at least for me), but very Cool indeed!
Since I game heavily on the PC (it's my preferred platform) I'm always changing out my video card every few years or so. My current computer used to run on an 8800GT 512MB back in late 2007, and then I upgraded to a GTX 275 896MB in June of 2009.

Now I'm probably going to be building a whole new computer in April before The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and Deus Ex: Human Revolution comes out. Unless something better comes out by then I'll probably get a GTX 570 for the new computer (I want to make sure I'm ready for some other games like RAGE and Skyrim). ;)

CaptainGyro: I put new in quotation marks because it's not a cutting edge graphics card, but it's new to me. It's a GeForce GT 240, which is a big upgrade from the intel chipset I was using .
Good purchase, the gt240 is an awesome little card and one I still recommended to people who have no brand PSU's that came with their dell desktops and the like. It's very hard to find a card that'll run on a 300w PSU, without making new games look horrible.
