Perhaps he means: what is the slowest download rate that would generally be considered "fast" in the world of gaming these days?

Hmmm, I'm currently downloading Still Life from GOG with 2.5-3 MB/s. Is that an answer ?

I play eve (alot) and im lucky to get 250 kbs, I dont consider that fast by ANY stretch of imagination but it works

"Fast DL" is too much open to opinion so I dont know how we can help

Sometimes I see servers for this online game I play, that advertise "Fast DL".

hmm i didnt click post... but yeah in this context it's a fast digital line so a decent bandwidth
