I recently bought Divinity Original Sin on GoG and received two fair price codes.
Now, I am wondering whether it is possible to exchange the fair price codes to store credit.

I'd contact support about that. Considering it'd be a finite number of people with that issue I wouldn't be surprised that they're willing to do that.
