It's fantastic. One of the best games I've played this year. It's a bit reductive to say 'Myst wannabe'. It is a first-person game with a lot of puzzles, but the majority of puzzles are completely optional. You'll probably want to solve them because most of them are pretty great and you get a special ending for doing so. Maybe it's blasphemous saying this, but I think it's better than Myst.

Anyway, aside from the puzzles, the rest of the game is pretty wonderful too - the story, the setting, the characters, the voice acting, the visual style, and just the general feeling of player agency.

One drawback is the awkward inventory system though (you can only hold one item at a time). It doesn't help that I'm an inventory hoarder.

the reviews tend to be rather short the reviewers have to work with with a character limit hence why i ask here
