If any of you are interested in learning a little bit about RNA structure and folding thereof and you like puzzles, then head on over to EteRNA. Keep in mind that once you hit 10,000 points you will unlock the lab and will be able to design RNA structures that may actually get synthesized in an actual lab.

I gave it a try. I found the 'puzzles' very easy. I am also doing my master's in RNA biochemistry but still lol.

Why does everything need an account? I just want to create super mutants, dammit!

Haha I'm actually doing some folding today for a structure that I work with. I will say though, it is very well done and the tutorials, although very basic, do a great job of introducing the basics of folding. It even included the G-U wobble pairing which was nice to see. A great find, thanks for pointing this out!
