It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I tried to download "Divine Divinity" today and in the middle there was an error. So I uninstalled what I had so far and started over and there was the same error. When I tried to open my GoG Installer there was an update which I want to believe was the cause for the error but then the installer had an error (see the attached photo). I tried to uninstall the GoG installer but when I tried to reinstall, I had the same error. Is there something that I did wrong? Is anyone else having this issue as well?

There isn't a pic attached to the post. What was the error?
I am trying to get the picture to attach in my first post but it doesn't seem to want to work.

The site accepts jpg and png files of less than 500kb. If the image is within the limits, you can try a different browser or alternatively, upload the image to a site like imageshack and post the link here.
Also, when you tried uninstalling the downloader (I assume you mean downloader, not installer), did you make sure that it was closed and not minimized to tray?
Let me see if this works (http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/9661/1301r.jpg)

File is probably already open, take a look at the system tray and close it, or use the Task Manager and end the "GOG.com Downloader.exe" process
Allright the DOWNLOADER (I kept calling it an installer, silly me) and the game run properly. I forget I am using Windows 7 instead of XP so I might have to run things as an administrator which was the case.
Thank you all for your help.
No worries, and let me remind you that it's best if you do not install the games to the program files folder, but a non-uac one (c:\games or c:\gog for example).
Enjoy your games.
