So, it would seem that England's rotten weather has finally gotten the worst of something. Or maybe the English "Underground" (Ha!) had a hand in it. Or did they? Do English mobsters fix horse races? I've seen "Lock, Stock" and "Snatch", and it seems to me that they're more into fights than races. Maybe they're too "out in the open"?
