My girlfriend used to play this childrens educational game and has been racking her brains on trying to remember what it was called. I can't find it using my Google Fu (which is usually strong enough..) so the challenge comes to you.
It's a 2D point and click game. The "main" area of game has a snake (which may be called Sissy or Hissy?) who says "Hiss" (the actual word, not the sound) when you clicked on him. He may also have worn a yellow and blue/red hat.
There are little minigames you can click on from that area which included:
1) You're in a shop and you have to click on the right "Fibble"(?) that the customer orders. Fibbles came in different sizes, colours and other features (maybe eyes). They were on perches.
2) You have a canvas where you choose the background and you could place shapes on it and they would shoot off and bounce off the edges to make sounds. Their speed was influcenced by the chosen background.
3) Where you had to put animals in rooms in a house and they had to "match" together.
4) There was an octupus on the phone sat behind a desk and at some point he talks to another animal in "Alberta" and also a Panda in China.
The game is from the late 90's (1995-2000) and may have had a sequel.
The person who correctly identifies this will get a $5.99 GOG for making her happy :)
