As i recently mentioned - i bought a new headset for gaming recently, and while it lets me enjoy gaming i noticed my performance has also dropped considerably. (Ok, I'm still going 1-1 when it comes to K/D in Multiplayer but that's not very fun considering half of the battlefield 3 players are most likely casuals. Same with halo.) Will i be able to ease into the headset?
You will probably get used to it sooner or later. You are probably just learnt how to judge the distance and location of a sound based on where your speakers are located, and need to readjust to it with your new headset.
So you're a noob and blame it on your heaset?

LAWL!

Actually, no - Before i got the headset, i could go 5-1 on Halo and 4-1 On BF3 as a standard.
besides, noobs don't go 1-1 they seem to go 1-2.

I'm glad you have such a succinct mathematical definition of noob.

I couldn't be bothered going into details - gaming is primarily about fun, I Don't think anyone should be called a noob or harassed because they cannot play to a good standard. It just means they haven't practiced long enough or gaming just isn't for them. Hell, you wouldn't like it if people called you names all day!
Dumb question: have you changed the audio setting to headphone? Might make a difference if they're still set to 2-channel speakers or some other option.
