Well DICE brought back some EA hate in me

EA didn't hire me when I applied shortly after graduation, but then, neither did Ubisoft or Eidos (and unlike the later 2, they were kind enough to get back to me and let me know that I didn't make the cut).

Beyond that, they haven't really disappointed me so far (if they make some games I don't like, I just don't buy them).

Actually, I'm kinda glad they acquired the rights to some old classics and kept them alive and affordable instead of letting them die or trying charging an arm and a leg for them (which for someone like me is the equivalent of letting them die).

I'll give them some props for that.

As I said on the vid, Steam is worse because they're have grown so big and yet are the biggest threat to gaming as I see it, since they're the living example that a company can steal away consumer's rights and get applauded for it because of the many many dumb ass people in the world *facepalms*.

Sure I use Steam for very cheap games because, heck, a $5 game being lost is no big deal - but when games are Steam-only, like Skyrim, it forces me to wait ages for the price to drop to a point where I'm comfortable with having my ass raped by the big Steam machine in terms of my consumer rights.
