F1ach: Its devs seem to have abandoned it, they said they would fix certain things like the respawn rate and psychic enemies, they released a patch that not only didnt fix those problems, but argueably didnt fix all the items in the patch notes either. When the game was released they were on the Steam forums every day, placating people saying they would fix stuff, they are notably absent now.

Elwin: Please check your facts next time, OK? On 09-06 a dev appeared on forums, confirming a second patch is coming as well as a demo.

But of course "teh internetz" know better and the game, of course, was abandoned and devs have flewn to the Bagamas with all the ill-gotten money. and that was the last we've seen them.

Which, obviously, means that they are working on it and there isn't anything worth writing about. Should they spam the entire forum with "yes, yes, the patch IS coming, promises"? If it'd have been half an year, that would be worth calling the entire deal "abandoning". As it stands - we should just wait and see :).
