This one is being developed by Limbic Entertainment, they also made Might and Magic Legacy, as far as i know that doesnt have any DLC at all, and it also had DWARVES.

EDIT: And yes i've already wrote both Uplay and Limbic conerning the plight of the Dwarves in this farce of a vote!
