and here i thought the topic was about dvds versions of games (like tex murphy overseer) that should be on gog.

SimonG: GOG will never ever do that, because you would be allowed to resell those discs. And without DRM, there is nothing to stop you.

hedwards: Why would they care? The reason why you can't resell the games you get here presently is because they're digital and DRM free. Letting people sell discs is a completely different matter.

Not completely, 6.7 billion or so people live in parts of the world where that ruling doesn't apply.

Love the optimism. But keep in mind it took the US nearly a century to get a mandatory health insurance program and we're too busy bending over for corporate profits even in that case where people are literally dieing for lack of care.
