(I considered sticking this in the DK forum, but thought it might potentially get more views and responses here. The fact that I'm even making this thread may also have people go "Why?"; it's kinda been gnawing at me.)
The events surrounding the release of Dungeon Keeper 2 were ... unfortunate? People were having problems running the game on new machines, and GOG tried to assist with some workarounds. The problems and negativity overshadowed the fact that a classic game was being made available once again, and that some people /were/ able to get it working, at least reasonably well.
So I know it's been several months since all this went down (so to speak), but I was wondering if some people could "come forward" and balance out the negativity with some positive success stories, essentially how they were able to get the game working and enjoy it. Even if you don't have much to say, that's fine. :)
