Of course i do not care about pirating software if the owner of the rights doesn´t care to sell it. I fully support "abandonia´s" site policy, at the moment the game is sold they erase the link to the download and link to the store.

wy4786: Piracy stuff.
waoh! 6 years tahts liek so old that noone will remmember it lolol
* You cannot buy this anywhere in the world
* The makers have abandoned the IP (Dungeon Keeper)
* The game is over 6 years old
100% wrong on all three points.
A.It is available.
B. EA has NOT abandoned the rights to the IP. They are just not reprinting it. I don't like that one bit, but EA still owns the game.
C. Last time I looked copyright lasts a lot longer then Six years.

I don;t know where you are getting your legal advice, but if you go to the guy who told you this and you have a REAL legal problem, boy, are you going to be in trouble if you follow his advice.......

yup. http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-duration.html#duration
As a general rule, for works created after January 1, 1978, copyright protection lasts for the life of the author plus an additional 70 years.
So... we need to wait at least till 2080 xD (if EA "dies" in 2010).
