today I was shopping at *beep* (*ad removed*) and found they sell Duff beer there.
I think it's pretty cool and I had to buy it at once.
Have anybody had it?
I am curious about it but I am saving it for tomorrow or later. (I also bought "ordinary" beer and have to drink it first)

It's bloody awful and tastes like a heavy Budweiser. Typical cheap Simpsons cash in.

But then the Simpsons have always presented merchandise to be shoddy mass produced crap that's more of a heath hazard than a beloved token of your favourite show. So again, it could merely be a drive for authenticity.

I hoped you'll show up? How do you like it? Better than the cartoon one? I hope you meant American Budweiser from Anhauser-Busch, not the Czech one from my native city I just drank (the beer I mean). Or maybe it would be good thing. If you don't like Budweiser Budvar and Duff I could enjoy it.
Still I suspected it won't be too good so I bought only one this time.

Today I bought 6 bottles of Aass Bockøl (Norway's best bock from Norway's oldest brewery), and one bottle of a French beer - St. Rieul.

I haven't had the chance to try it, yet. But I intend to now. :-)

Anyway, that's pretty much exactly the way that The Simpsons portrays Duff beer, so it's probably intentional.
