This could be the problem. Several years ago, downloads for Rooster Teeth Productions videos stopped working for me. I didn't see any complaints in the comments threads for the videos, so the problem seemed to be isolated. The videos in question were seemingly hosted on some Microsoft-owned IPs.

I contacted the tech support for the ISP I was using at the time, and it turned out that their upstream provider had blocked this IP range for no particularly good reason. They got in contact with the upstream provider, and things were fixed in a few days. A phone call might be in order, OP.
