Since many of the games run on DOSBox, and it runs in Mac OS, what are the chances of running those games on a Mac?

They should work just fine, same with ScummVM games. But you'd need to install them in Windows first to get the game files themselves, then transfer those to your Mac.

P.S use a program called Boxer instead of DOSBox for Mac
