I"m doomed.
There was this game I played some years ago (2000-2003). It was Mechwarrior kind of a game (you were pilot of those huge bi-pedal machines), but instead of story-driven campaign you were thrown into some kind of arena and you were fighting for money. After fight you were allowed to do repairs, upgrade your weapons or even buy new mech etc.
I enjoyed it quite a lot back then, but now I can't remember that game's name. I'd swear it was some part of Mechwarrior series but I browsed through those (and their expansions) on mobygames.com and didn't find it there.
Does it ring any bells? Anyone?
