It was a 2d adventure or HOG game I think, I played it when I was 8 (20 now). It was 2d animated and had something like a big headed scientist who yells BUNDARBAR! (its german for "excellent" or something) and took place in a hotel I think with weird super natural stuff going on. Its bothering me a lot because It looked like a game that I'm currently working on that is also a Hidden Object Game.

Ive been able to find every nostalgic game from my childhood at one point or another, but I'm at a loss for this one, I can't find anything relating to it at all after 2 months of looking on and off, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Only thing that comes to mind for me is The Castle of Dr Brain (or The Island of..), but I'm pretty sure that's not it. No screams of Wunderbar in that as far as I can remember.
Also, they don't take place in a hotel.
"Bud Tucker in Double Trouble"?
Actually, although this was not the game I was looking for, this was incredibly helpful, I looked through all Sierra games from 1996, same year as the Dr. Brain Castle game and found it, Stay Tooned! by Funny Bone Interactive. Funny enough, the Castle of Doctor Brain looks more like what I develop than Stay Tooned!
