Hello, I'm new here.
Not sure if there's a topic already for this(I skimmed the first page), feel free to delete if so.

I was just wondering if GOG accepts requests for future titles?
I have absolutely ZERO idea regarding what their requirements are... or licensing in general...
But there's a few old school games I would love to see on this website.

In closing, I'd like to commend GOG for their service.
$4 for Tales of Monkey Island was a bargain beyond words.
:)

Hi JorReno -

Welcome to GOG! Not all vintage games can be licensed, because there are often legal issues and difficult owners involved, but if you click on the COMMUNITY tab at the top of the page you will find a Wish List of popular titles (upper right corner of the Community page). Take a look at the list, which contains lots of requests - you can always vote for your favorites, or add any that are not listed.

They may get here, they may not. But it certainly can't hurt.

There is some sort of wishlist. Haven't used it much but i guess those game people look at those some sort of voting.
Triock ninja'd me, but welcome to GOG!

EDIT: While you should definitely add any games that you would like to see here that aren't already on the wishlist, do double check to make sure there isn't already a listing there. We have a number of duplicate entries and GOG has not taken the time to merge or delete anything.

There is the wishlist:

GOG can only get games if the publishers are willing, and some publishers simply don't care or plain don't want. Another big factor can be legal rights that are all over the place, in that case one party can block the entire process of getting a license.

Of course making a wish in the wishlist won't hurt either, and showing that there is interest in buying a product is always good when approaching a publisher.
