I've already submitted stuff to GOG support, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having troubles or if it's just me.

Trouble #1:
When trying to change my password, you have to authenticate to unlock the form. I've tried with 2 computers and IE 8 and 9, Firefox, Opera and Chrome and it won't unlock.

Trouble #2:
My last two games no longer show up in my account. From Sept 28 and 29. One was a freebie and the other was the free Broken Sword 6M download gift from GOG. The Broken Sword game card now shows that I don't own it and will have to pay for it.

I find myself repeatedly accessing this site.

Should I raise a support request?

As for your troubles, for #1, are you blocking cookies, javascript, or have some noscript plugin? I just unlocked it fine, so it is working.

#2 There have been a few people reporting that their free Broken Sword has vanished, not sure why that's happening, support should be able to help you there.

I get that often, too. The gaming deals forum really keeps me coming back.

The forum tends to eat some of my posts as in I submit a message but it never shows up.

For #1, do you get any javascript errors in the error console when it fails? Does it silently go away and not unlock, or not allow you to continue?

Same here, it hasn't happened in a while, but for some reason the forum software doesn't seem to check to make sure that the post was posted before kicking the user back to the thread.

No java errors (lots of other errors). But it actually just let me change it using Firefox, so I was able to get my problem #1 taken care of.

P.S. I also tried with IE 8 and it worked.

Actually I've Just logged in today to find all of my titles are gone.

Lodged a support ticket.

Try re-logging in, a few people have had that just now: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/my_games_is_empty

More unusual behaviour than a problem but lately I am auto-logged in if someone has replied to one of my posts.
