It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

This may have been answered, but I have been unable to find a post about this so I apologize if it has already been asked.

I sent an e-mail to GOG.com support wanted to go back and review what I had written. The only problem is that since the new website went up, I apparently no longer have a section under "My Account" that show the e-mails/messages I've sent and the responses to those messages. I've clicked through every possible button under My Account with no success. What am I doing wrong?

Disturbing as it is, it seems you're right. I haven't looked for it since the relaunch, but looking at my account now, I see that the emails & messages tab is indeed no longer there. Granted, support has been declining for a long time, but now it just seems to have vanished entirely.

I'm guessing this is a bug, but who knows? I'm on Firefox 3.6.10 btw.
The messages/email tab was temporarily taken down to solve a few issues.

So they removed it two days ago, and didn't bring it back before the weekend? Wow...

Why does it seem like "going out of beta" feels more like "going back into alpha"? It seems like two new bugs pop up for every one they fix at the moment.

Let's hope they wrestle the site into submission soon.

Well, litek did say it could take a while, so fair warning at least i guess.

I agree, some of the bugs should not have been present in a 'going out of beta' scenario even if they did adress most of the nasty ones fairly quickly, so yeah, let's hope they manage to do away with all the kinks soon.
Well at least I know that it is not just me. Of all the quirks that could be popping up with the site, that is one of the more minor things. I was just worried that there was something wrong with my account.

UPDATE - Just in case anyone cares, my e-mail bit never came back so I finally e-mailed GOG to find out what was up (b/c their contact page still mentioned it). I think they've removed that feature altogether b/ the GOG employee who got back to me (very quickly I add) said something about getting their web master to remove the blurb about "check your communication under your account" (or whatever) from the contact page. the blurb hasn't actually been removed yet, but that leads me to believe that they simply will not be giving us the e-mail portion of the account pages back.
