Yeah i'd have to agree that they'd have to be careful with that i don't know much about america apart from it being a highly letigious country, but i know the australian ACCC would have something to say about it considering their already onto Optus's back for adverts promising unlimitted broadband that was in fact shaped or capped in the fine print.
(meanwhile illegal chinese power points were flooding into the country unhindered being cited as having the ability to cause fire or death due to lax safety standards of the imports; lol i love this country lol).
